EIDBI stands for Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention. It is a Medicaid-funded program in Minnesota that offers specialized services for children and young adults (under 21) diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related conditions. The goal is to help children build essential life skills, improve behavior and communication, and promote independence.

Children and young adults under the age of 21 who have been diagnosed with ASD or related conditions may be eligible. A comprehensive evaluation is required to determine eligibility, and services must be authorized by Minnesota’s Medicaid program.
